Can I still participate in my normal activities while working with you?
Yes, however you must be open to the idea that you may have to modify what you do and/or how often you do it. Your specific activity may be a major contributor to the cause of your discomfort and/or it may be hindering the progress of your MAT sessions. Your activity may be the reason for your muscle inhibition. You may have to minimize or stop the activity in order to allow us to progress the muscle to the point where it can handle the stress you are putting on it. I’m not saying that you will never be able to resume your previous activity; I’m suggesting that you allow us to get your muscular system working better before you return to your prior intensity level.
