How many times per week should I be seen?
The frequency of your MAT sessions will depend on your current situation and goals. If your current situation or goals calls for immediate attention, then you may need to be seen as often as 2-3 times per week. Being able to shorten the amount of time in between sessions allows for quicker follow up and for greater reinforcement of the work that was previously done. This usually speeds up the progression toward feeling better. As your situation improves, you may be able to extend the time between sessions.
