I don’t want to have surgery even though it has been recommended to me. Can MAT help me?
There are many cases where surgery is your best option and so MAT may be able to help with your recovery process. On the other hand, it is very possible that MAT can help avoid or delay your need for surgery. The degree in which your problems are related to muscle inhibition and dysfunction is the degree in which MAT can help. If your problem is 20% muscular, then MAT will only be able to help your situation by 20%. Conversely, if it a large majority of the problem, then MAT can have a much more significant impact. By increasing the function of your muscular system, we may be able to improve joint tracking, decrease the tension in the overly tight muscles, and decrease the resulting inflammation.
